Helga Edström

I am a literary translator working between Swedish and English. My translation of Kristian Lundberg's The Yard was selected for the 2023 ALTA Emerging Translator Mentorship Program and the 2024 Bread Loaf Translators' Conference. I am a member of SELTA and ALTA, and serve as a jury member for the 2024 Prisma Literary Award.

Born in Stockholm, Sweden, I spent ten years in Massachusetts and New York before returning to Stockholm where I am currently based. Happy to hear from you at helga [.] edstrom [@] gmail [.] com !
